Accessing the Marina

Who has access to the Préservation Lac-Tremblant-Nord Marina?

The PLTN Marina is accessible to members and citizens of the Ville de Mont Tremblant and the Municipality of Lac Tremblant Nord.

Préservation Lac-Tremblant-Nord Members are principally cottage owners with boat access only cottages on Lac Tremblant Nord and Lac Bibite.

Ville and MLTN Citizens

PLTN has a service contract with Ville de Mont Tremblant (Ville) and Municipalité de Lac Tremblant Nord (MLTN). This allows use of the marina for its citizens. There are 3 types of access:

Quai Federal (Ville residents)

Those who have a contract with the Ville for boat parking at the Quai Federale.

Riverains (Ville & MLTN Lakeside residents)

Those who have homes with waterfront access can launch their boats through PLTN in the spring and remove them in the fall.

Day Users (Ville and MLTN residents)

Upon presentation of a Carte de Citoyen (Ville) or Tax Bill (MLTN), citizens can access the lake for the day (must have boat/trailer same-day washed and remove your boat by sundown).

Buoys

Certain Ville de Mont Tremblant citizens have grandfathered access to launch their boat through PLTN and park it at the south end buoys. No new boats will be accepted by VMT for this category.

Contractors

If you are a member or a lakeside property owner and would like to access the marina for materials delivery or for your contractor, please complete the following form and return to secretaire@preservationltn.ca. A min of 24 hrs prior to use is needed.

In order to access the PLTN Marina, you must adhere to the following criteria:

  1. Your name must appear on one of the lists based on the categories listed above
  2. Your boat and trailer must be same day washed at one of the sites recognized by the Ville de Mont Tremblant or MLTN
  3. No new wakeboard boats will be accepted as per VMT guidelines and PLTN bylaws. Only those boats previously entered under our wakeboard grandfather clause will be admitted.
